What we offer

In Person Training

In person personal training at Hardwork Strength & Performance in Raleigh, NC. If you are a beginner in the gym, in person would be the best option for you (if you are in the area, of course). Form and being consistent are EXTREMELY important in a fitness journey. Being able to meet in person will ensure that your form is correct and that you are staying accountable. I will be there to ensure you don’t get hurt and are making progress!

Online Coaching

Online coaching is where I write a program for you on a monthly basis. You must commit to at least 3 months of online programming. Change takes time, it will not be a quick process. However, if you are willing to put in the work, I promise you will see results!
